With your permission Signals reads the messages in the mailbox you connect so conversations with candidates and clients are filed against the right record, sends the replies you approve from your own address, and creates or updates the interviews you schedule. It never uses your data for advertising and never sells it. The full detail is in our privacy policy.
No. Connect one thing, see what it does, then add the next. Most agencies start with email and calendar because that is where the conversations already are.
Yes, at any time, from inside Signals or from the provider's own account settings. Disconnecting revokes our access immediately.
Not yet. An API is on the roadmap and we will tell clients as soon as it is ready. If your team is planning to build on one, say so on a demo and we will be straight with you about where it sits.

Yes. The Signals extension for Chrome lets a recruiter capture a profile from LinkedIn or any website into Signals in one click, from the page they are already looking at.
Outlook, yes. Signals connects to the Microsoft 365 account you already work in, so Outlook mail is captured and filed against the right record, replies send from your own address, and interviews are created on your Outlook calendar. Microsoft Teams is still in development. Tell us if that is you, because we build integrations in the order recruiters ask for them.
Yes. Signals is a full ATS and CRM, not a layer on top of one, so it replaces your existing system rather than sitting beside it. Migration is free, runs in weeks rather than months, and you run both systems in parallel until you are ready to switch.
