1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of recruitwithsignals.com. By using the site, booking a demo or subscribing to updates, you accept them.
They do not govern the Signals product. If your agency has a Signals subscription, the relationship is governed by a separate Subscription Agreement, Order Form and Data Processing Agreement. Where those agreements and these terms conflict on anything relating to the product, those agreements take precedence.
2. Who we are
Signals is operated by Recruit With Signals Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong SAR. Signals is an independent company. Where other businesses are named on this site, they are clients, partners or advisors, not parents or affiliates.
3. Demo bookings and enquiries
Booking a demo or contacting us does not create a contract and does not guarantee access to Signals. We may accept or decline any request at our discretion.
Information you provide is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Intellectual property
The content of this site, including copy, design, layout, product names, brand assets and the Signals name and mark, is owned by Recruit With Signals Limited or licensed to it.
You may read, share and link to this content. You may not reproduce, republish or adapt it for commercial purposes without written permission.
Where we name another company on this site, we do so for identification and comparison. Their names and marks remain theirs.
5. Comparison content
This site compares Signals to other recruitment software. Those comparisons reflect our understanding at the time of writing, drawn from public documentation, published pricing, review sites and conversations with recruiters.
Software changes. If something we have written is out of date or inaccurate, tell us at hello@recruitwithsignals.com and we will correct it.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to break the law, to attempt unauthorised access to any system, to interfere with its operation, or to collect data from it by automated means without permission.
7. Third-party links
This site links to other websites, including those of companies we compare ourselves to. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
8. No warranty
This site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that its content is complete or current.
Nothing on this site is legal, financial or professional advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, and the courts of Hong Kong SAR have exclusive jurisdiction.
