Client Success

Your success is the only
metric that matters.

Signals isn't software you figure out alone. From day one, a real person is in your corner — someone who knows recruitment, knows APAC, and is invested in your team's performance.

We don't do tickets.
We do outcomes.

Most CRMs hand you a knowledge base and wish you luck. We assign you a named success manager who knows the difference between a PSL and a retained search — and knows your agency specifically.

They're measured on one thing: your placement count going up. Not a satisfaction score. Not an NPS. The number that actually matters to your desk.

For the first 60 days, your success manager holds weekly check-ins to make sure every recruiter is actually using the platform — not just logged in. After that, monthly reviews track pipeline velocity, drop-off points, and BD conversion. If something's slowing your team down, we find it before you do.

Live onboarding

Your data migrated, your team trained, your first shortlist ready. We stay until you're actually placing — not just set up.

Desk performance reviews

Monthly sessions on your real numbers — placements, pipeline velocity, drop-off points. We help you fix what's slowing your team down.

Direct line support

WhatsApp us. Call us. We pick up. No ticket systems, no scripted responses — someone who knows your desk, not just the software.

Up and running
in 4 weeks.

A proper setup takes time done right. Here's how we use those four weeks.

  1. 01
    Week 1 — Data migration

We extract your candidate records, company data, placement history, and notes from your existing ATS — Bullhorn, Vincere, Manatal, JobAdder, or a spreadsheet. We handle the mapping, validation, and import. Your team keeps working as normal while we set the foundations.

  2. 02
    Week 2 — Channel connections & setup

We connect your email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and call integrations and verify that conversations are being captured correctly across every channel. We configure your workspace around how your specific desk actually operates — not a generic template.

  3. 03
Week 3 — Live team training

A full training session with your team, run by your success manager using real data from your own desk. Every recruiter leaves knowing how to query conversation history, run a shortlist from a live brief, and action a BD Signal. We stay close during the first live week.

  4. 04
Week 4 — First placement review

Your success manager reviews your first month of activity with you — pipeline movement, BD signals acted on, and whether the platform is reducing the admin your team used to carry. If something isn't working, we fix it before we call onboarding complete.

Frequently asked questions

Every new client starts with a live, guided setup session. We import your data, configure your workspace, connect your channels, and make sure every recruiter on your team is confident before we leave. Onboarding is never self-serve.
