Senior Account Executive
Own a market end to end. You will be the first Signals person in it.
Why this role exists
Recruitment agency owners are running systems built before AI existed, and most of them know it. The conversation is rarely about features. It is about what changes on their desk on Monday, and what it takes to get there.
That conversation needs someone who has carried a number and can hold their own with a founder who has run an agency for fifteen years.
What you will do
-
Own the full cycle.
First conversation to signed agreement. You run the demo, you handle the objections, you close. Nobody else is on the call unless you want them there.
-
Work inbound and outbound.
Demo requests come in. You will also build your own pipeline, because the best agencies are not filling in forms.
-
Hand off cleanly.
Once an agreement is signed, onboarding and migration are handled by the client success team. You are not implementing what you sold.
-
Tell us what the market says.
You will hear the objections before we do. That goes straight into the product, not into a report.
What we are looking for
You have closed software into recruitment agencies, or you have run a desk and moved into software. Either works.
You are comfortable being the only person in your market. Nobody in your timezone will be online for most of your day.
You can hold a commercial conversation with someone who has been doing this longer than you have.
What this role suits
-
The market, entirely.
You are the first Signals person in your city. What you learn about how agencies there buy becomes how we sell there.
-
The story, not a script.
There is no inherited deck and no sequence library. You will write the first version of both, and they will be better for it.
-
The commercial conversation.
Some agencies will want depth we are still building. Knowing which of those matters, and telling us, is part of the job rather than a loss.
Compensation
Base plus commission, benchmarked to your city. Equity for everyone who joins now. We will tell you the range on the first call, before you spend time on a process.
New York base salary is 110,000 to 150,000 US dollars, plus commission and equity. London and Sydney are benchmarked to their own markets and we will give you that range on the first call.
Tell us which city.
ApplySend your CV and a few lines on why. Julio or Roger reads every one, and you will hear back within 48 hours.
